Mom's Guitar

This is my mom’s guitar- a Serenader model by B and J Guitars in New York, most likely from the mid to late 1930s. I’ve decided that the Serenader will be the in-car entertainment on the upcoming road trip. Credit where credit is due, I remember playing this guitar when I was 7 or 8, learning single note songs from Mel Bay’s book…

And I worked on the plaque today but decided not to photograph it until I’ve had a chance to share it with a couple people who have been really close to this project.
